Introduction
The Sports Leadership Resource Centre has been developed to provide users with a lens into the world of sports leadership. This centre focuses on high performance sporting environments, but also on the importance of leading and promoting sound, ethical cultures that foster and drive such environments. It is important to understand that leadership is a continuous process. It is something an individual does rather than has, and encompasses a variety of skills, knowledge, attributes, and behaviours that can always be learnt and enhanced.
Our centre was formed to offer a wide, diverse range of hand picked resources, and specially designed tools to help, guide, and inspire leaders to become the best leader they can be, both on and off the field.
